Terms of Service
Last updated 3 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Wenddors, on the web or in the apps. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Wenddors.
1. What Wenddors Is
Wenddors is a marketplace that helps couples find wedding vendors — venues, photographers, caterers, decorators and more — and helps those businesses present their work.
Wenddors is not a party to any agreement between you and a vendor. Prices, availability, quality and delivery of a vendor’s services are the vendor’s responsibility.
Wenddors does not take or process payments. Any money you pay a vendor is paid directly to that vendor, on terms you agree with them.
2. Your Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number or email address. Keep access to that number or inbox secure — anyone who can read your codes can sign in as you.
- Give accurate details, and keep them up to date from your profile.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell Wenddors promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.
3. Listing a Business
If you list a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it and that what you publish — its name, description, address, photos and videos — is accurate and yours to share.
Listings are reviewed before they appear publicly and may be paused, rejected or removed if they break these terms or misrepresent the business.
By uploading photos, videos or text, you keep ownership of them and give Wenddors a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and reformat them on Wenddors and in its promotion of your listing, for as long as they remain on the service.
4. Acceptable Use
When using Wenddors, do not:
- post content that is false, misleading, unlawful, hateful, or that you do not have the right to share;
- impersonate a person or business;
- scrape, copy or resell listings or other content in bulk;
- interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or get around its limits;
- use Wenddors to send spam or unsolicited promotions.
5. Wenddors Content
The Wenddors name, logo, design and software belong to Wenddors. You may use the service for its intended purpose, but you may not copy or reuse them without permission.
6. Disclaimers
Wenddors is provided “as is”. Every effort is made to keep it available and accurate, but uninterrupted service or the accuracy of vendor-provided information cannot be guaranteed.
Showcase content on some pages — such as featured collections and illustrative vendor cards — is there to show what the service offers and may not describe a specific business on Wenddors.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Wenddors is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your dealings with a vendor. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending Your Use
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Access to an account or listing may be suspended or ended if these terms are broken.
9. Changes to These Terms
These terms may change as Wenddors changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, you will be told before it applies; continuing to use Wenddors after that means you accept it.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
